Vardahn Chaudhry

Vardahn is a Vice President in the Investments group at JBG SMITH where he is responsible for an ~$85M portfolio across: (i) digital infrastructure business unit, and (ii) venture capital investments. The digital infrastructure platform is recognized as the first-of-its-kind last mile deployment and is highlighted as one of the firm’s key demand drivers alongside Amazon HQ2, US DoD (Pentagon), and Virginia Tech’s $1B innovation campus. In addition to the digital infrastructure and venture capital portfolio, Vardahn supports various other strategic initiatives and special projects. Prior to joining JBGS, Vardahn was the lead consultant in Accenture’s Smart Cities and Digital Infrastructure practice where he worked across industries (public sector, real estate, telecom, oil & gas) on strategy, investment, and operations consulting. Vardahn is based in the Washington, DC Metro and holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Cornell University, an M.S. in Smart Cities & Urban Analytics from the University College London, and a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment from MIT (employer-sponsored).
