Jordan Roseborough is a New Ventures Director at A&Mplify, Alvarez & Marsal's Digital Growth Agency, with over a decade of experience spanning healthtech, automotive/industrials, and AI. She specializes in identifying and launching new revenue streams for corporations and startups, focusing on operational turnarounds and reimagining business models to drive sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, Jordan was a Venture Associate at Benhamou Global Ventures and Chingona Ventures, where she led due diligence on over 40 pre-seed to Series A investments in FinTech, AI/ML, and E-commerce. Earlier in her career, she held a technical product marketing role at VMware and worked on the growth strategy team at Accenture.

In addition to her corporate experience, Jordan founded “Brews & Banter,” the DMV’s only venture studio that blends social entrepreneurship with venture-building for aspiring entrepreneurs. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, majoring in Finance with a focus on venture capital and private equity, and graduated with highest distinction from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, double majoring in Business Administration from Kenan-Flagler Business School and Exercise and Sport Science.

In her free time, Jordan enjoys adrenaline-fueled activities, playing cards, and supporting Carolina basketball.
